AI Job Search Toolkit is delivered electronically. Because digital content can be accessed immediately after a confirmed payment, refund rights may differ by jurisdiction. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.

Duplicate or incorrect charges

If you believe you were charged more than once or a payment was processed incorrectly, contact us with the order date, amount and the email address used at checkout. Do not send full card details.

Failed delivery

If a confirmed payment does not produce access to the download, contact us and we will verify the transaction and restore access where appropriate.
